3. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

We do our best to ensure all product information is accurate. However:

  • We are not responsible for outdated or incomplete information

  • Product results may vary

  • Colours and textures may appear differently on different screens

4. Prices & Services

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

5. Billing & Order Accuracy

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may:

  • Limit or cancel quantities

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the courier.
Pōdex™ is not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customs holds or inspections

International customers are responsible for all VAT, GST, duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Refusal to pay these charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed; no refunds will be issued.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
