The Meaning Behind Bū
roots
Bū is a name rooted in familiarity and care, passed quietly through generations in my family. It reflects comfort and reassurance, the kind that does not need explanation. In Chinese, bù (不) means “no,” and bǔ (補) means “to restore,” capturing what Bū stands for: less pain, and the gentle return of comfort and balance.
care
Caring for my elderly mother showed me how much small comforts shape daily life. They preserve dignity, reduce strain, and restore confidence in simple routines. Watching my daughter grow reminds me that care should keep evolving, staying practical and focused on what genuinely helps people. That is what Bū is about.
