Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Pōdex® by Bū.

At Pōdex®, product safety, hygiene, and quality are our highest priorities. Because our products are cosmetic and personal care items that come into direct contact with the body, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or non-defective products once an order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your claim and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds for change of mind
  • Refunds for orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Refunds for orders that have already been processed or shipped

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed.

This policy helps ensure that every customer receives brand-new, unopened products that meet our strict quality and hygiene standards.


2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email info@podexcare.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and verified, Pōdex® will determine the most appropriate resolution at its sole discretion, which may include replacement of the affected item or another appropriate remedy where applicable.


3. Product Performance

Results may vary depending on factors including nail shape, nail thickness, nail curvature, severity of the condition, application technique, and individual circumstances.

Pōdex® products are designed to support curved, involuted, and ingrown-prone nails, but individual results cannot be guaranteed.

Pōdex® products are cosmetic nail care products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Improper application, misuse, failure to follow the instructions, or improper storage may affect product performance and void any applicable product claims.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Although we are happy to assist with tracking information where possible, Pōdex® is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Customs processing delays
  • Weather or other events beyond our reasonable control
  • Packages sent to an address provided incorrectly by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Loss or theft after a package has been marked as delivered

If you believe your shipment has been lost during transit, please contact us promptly and we will assist you in working with the carrier where possible.


5. International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Pōdex® does not reimburse:

  • Import duties
  • VAT or GST
  • Customs charges
  • Brokerage or handling fees
  • Charges resulting from refused or uncollected shipments

Orders returned because duties or taxes were unpaid, because the shipment was refused, or because it was not collected are not eligible for refund.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast dispatch. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation or modification requests received before processing begins, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has been placed.

This includes changes to:

  • Products ordered
  • Quantities
  • Shipping address
  • Payment information

7. Allergies & Safe Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information and ingredient list before use.

Do not use Pōdex® products on infected nails, open wounds, or damaged skin unless advised by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Pōdex® is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, irritation, misuse, or use contrary to the provided instructions.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek professional medical advice if necessary.


8. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all Pōdex® products are non-returnable once shipped, including but not limited to:

  • Nail lifting gel products
  • UV/LED curing devices
  • Electric nail files
  • Brushes and applicators
  • Accessories
  • Promotional or sale items

9. Product Quality & Authenticity

Every Pōdex® product is quality inspected before shipment.

We cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality, or safety of products purchased from unauthorized sellers, distributors, or third-party marketplaces.

To ensure you receive genuine Pōdex® products, please purchase directly from www.podexcare.com or from an authorized Pōdex® distributor.
